The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
1 pinch chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 drops green food coloring
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
directions
Blend the ice cream, food coloring and schnapps together. Add to a cocktail glass.
Drizzle the chocolate over the top and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top. Enjoy!
