A grownup milkshake of sorts. Made with vanilla ice cream, bananas, hazelnut liqueur, and caramel syrup.

2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/3 cup Frangelico (hazelnut-flavored liqueur) or dark rum
4 tablespoons fat-free caramel sundae syrup
2 tablespoons chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
Combine the ice cream, banana, milk, and liqueur in a blender. Process until smooth.
Divide the mixture between individual glasses. Stir 1 tablespoon of the caramel syrup into each glass.
Sprinkle each with the chopped macadamia nuts.
Serve immediately.
