Apple Spice Cocktail

ingredients
1 quart apple juice
1/2 bottle apple pie spice
1/2 jar honey
3 cups Everclear grain alcohol
directions
In a 2-quart pan, put apple juice and warm (do not boil). Add apple pie spice and honey, mixing well.
Add Everclear and divide into bottles. Cap and let age for 1 month. Serve cold or hot.
NOTE: Everclear is 95% pure grain alcohol, odorless, tasteless, and very potent. Grain alcohol is used by cooks, distillers of other alcoholic beverages, and for medicinal purposes.
