Beat stress the absolute best way, with an Absolute Stress cocktail. It's fruity, it's boozy, and it's here to make your worries disappear one sip at a time.
1 ounce Malibu rum
1 ounce Absolut vodka
1/2 ounce peach schnapps
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 cup ice
Combine the rum, vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Try adding a dash of grenadine for a deeper color and additional sweetness.
Serve the cocktail over crushed ice for a cooler, more diluted drink as it sits.
To add a spicy edge, rim the glass with a mix of salt and chili powder before pouring the cocktail.
Add a squeeze of lime juice for more citrus flavor.
Try floating a bit of dark rum on top for a layered effect and a stronger rum flavor.
To make the cocktail more visually appealing, layer the juices and alcohol carefully by pouring over the back of a spoon for a gradient effect.
Chilling the glass before serving can keep the cocktail colder for longer.
Yes, you can use any brand of coconut rum or plain vodka as substitutes. The flavor may vary slightly, but the overall essence of the cocktail will remain the same.
Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of cranberry and pineapple juices. For a sweeter drink, add more pineapple juice or a splash of simple syrup. To make it less sweet, increase the cranberry juice's proportion.
This cocktail is best served in a glass that can hold at least 6 ounces such as a highball glass.
To make this for a party, scale the recipe to the number of servings needed. Combine the rum, vodka, schnapps, and juices in a pitcher and chill for 3-4 hours before serving to eliminate the need to mix the drinks in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Garnish with a slice of lime, a cherry, or a wedge of pineapple. A sprig of mint can also be added.
Yes, to make a frozen version, combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

A truly lethal cocktail, very easy to drink but very high in alcohol, the pineapple juice and malibu really makes it. For extra flavour, add lemonade, we also added blueberries for extra sugar overload.

It's a great cocktail, been making it for years. However the peach schnapps should be added at the very end after soaking as a float. X
This looks great, but what is on top ? Looks like it might be frozen pineapple juice ice cubes?
It's just a couple of pieces of pineapple on a skewer for garnish.
