Beef Ramen Soup

ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch green onions, minced
1 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, zucchini, mushrooms, lettuce, celery, peas)
3 packages (3 ounce size) ramen noodles
directions
Saute beef until crumbly. Drain off fat. Add salt, onions, and vegetables. Cook 2 minutes.
Prepare Ramen noodles according to package directions. Add beef and vegetables. Cook until liquid evaporates, about 3 minutes. Pass the soy sauce and enjoy.
