I am constantly on the look-out for new rub recipes. I have my own for pork ribs and needed another one for pork. This is it! I did made a couple modifications. I only used half the cayenne pepper and substituted it with a pinch of my homemade Chipotle Dust. After 5 hours in the smoker and 3 in the oven...we had the best pulled pork for New Year's dinner. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe!
