3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons lemon pepper
3 tablespoons paprika

As a founding member of Ol' Hawg's Breath BBQ team (Now defunct)I have used this Dry Rub for the last 20-25 years...nothing better!

So, So GOOD! Ive used it on steak, in rissoles, on chicken breast, lamb grillers , in the batter for schnitzel AND in gravy! This Rocks!!
