14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
17 ounces caramel, butterscotch or fudge topping
8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
8 ounces toffee chips or bits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake cake as directed on package in a 13x9-inch pan. Cool 15 minutes.
Poke top of warm cake every 1/2 inch with handle of wooden spoon, wiping handle occasionally to reduce sticking. Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee chips. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.

This is a VERY easy to make cake -- and the MOST requested cake at all parties I go to. I NEVER have left overs. As to the previous review -- it IS very rich, and we usually cut it in smaller than average pieces. People can always go back for more if they want. I put the French Vanilla Cool Whip on top--- YUMMMMMM! Definitely a permanent KEEPER in our family!

This cake really does not live up to the expectation of it's title. It is sickly sweet and the texture is disturbing, my husband, however, thought it was delicious!
