1 cup flour
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup nuts,chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
11 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip
3 packages instant vanilla pudding mix
4 1/2 cups milk
directions
Mix flour, sugar and butter and beat until smooth and creamy. Fill into 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F until brown, about 10 minutes.
Cool completely. Spread coolwhip into cool crust. Soften cheese and mix with pudding and milk. Mix well. Let cool until real cool. Top with more coolwhip and the chopped nuts.

Made this with butterscotch pudding instead of vanilla and instead of topping it with nuts I used chopped up butterfinger candy.
