Better Than Sex Devil's Food Cake With Brown Sugar Frosting

ingredients
1 package Devil's food cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
8 ounces sour cream
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup pecans
Frosting
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
evaporated milk
powdered sugar
directions
Grease and flour a tube pan. Prepare the cake as directed on the package and using the the ingredients above. Bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For the frosting: Combine all of the ingredients and cook, stirring constantly until bubbles.
Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk, cook until smooth. Remove from heat and add enough powdered sugar to spreading consistency.
After the cake has cooled spread the frosting on top and sides and serve.
