ingredients
3 cups blanched almonds
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
directions
Place almonds in shallow roasting pan; brush butter over nuts and stir well.
Roast almonds at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine salt and curry powder; sprinkle over almonds and stir until well coated. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels; cool. Store in airtight container.
