A quick and spicy snack made with peanuts, garlic, red pepper flakes, paprika and chili powder

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
32 ounces salted peanuts
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add the oil, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Let cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally (do not let the garlic burn).
Remove the pan from the heat. Add the peanuts and stir to coat completely in the oil.
Pour the peanuts evenly onto a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
When the peanuts are lightly browned, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the paprika and chili powder evenly over the peanuts and stir to mix.
Let the peanuts cool completely then store in an airtight container.
