Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

A great snack or appetizer. Warm cashews are combined with melted butter, rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, and salt.

1 1/4 pound cashews, whole or pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons packed dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place the cashews on a rimmed baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes or until heated.
In a bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix well. Add the warm cashews and stir until the nuts are completely coated.
Serve the rosemary roasted cashews warm.

Granted, I love cashews to begin with, but this recipe was delicious! It's not overly greasy despite having butter in it - the amount is just enough to coat the warm cashews, not make them dripping in butter. And the balance of spices is perfect. Just a slight bit of heat, some salty-sweet combo, and a bit of spice. LOVED it!
