1 pound lean ground beef
3 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon hickory smoked salt seasoning mix
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
4 sandwich buns
coleslaw
directions
Mix together ground beef, ketchup, chili powder, hickory salt and hot pepper sauce; form into patties. Grill to desired doneness.
Serve in sandwich buns topped with coleslaw and additional ketchup.
