When you think cheeseburger you're probably thinking cheddar or Swiss, but tangy blue cheese is a surprisingly strong choice as well. Stuffing the burgers makes for a marvelous melty center.

1 pound ground beef
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely minced onion
2 tablespoons finely minced fresh parsley
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
4 hamburger buns
Combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Form into patties about 3/8-inch thick. On half of the patties, place 1/4 cup of the crumbled blue cheese. Place the remaining patties on top of the blue cheese topped beef.
Seal the edges of the burgers to seal in the blue cheese. Place in the refrigerator.
Heat the grill to medium high. Add the burgers and cook, covered, for 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach 160 degrees F internally.
Serve immediately on buns with desired condiments.
