Slow Cooker Artichoke Crab Dip

ingredients
1 cup canned crab meat
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sliced green onion
14 ounces artichoke heart quarters, drained and chopped
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
pita breads, cut in wedges
directions
Grease a 2 1/2 qt crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except pita wedges and place in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 1 hr, or on high for 30 minutes. Stir until cheese is smooth.
Serve with pita wedges directly from crock with heat on low.
