Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

How many servings does this make? I see 1.5 cups, but I'm assuming 1.5 cups isn't needed for each time?
In the directions it states how much to use per batch of spaghetti sauce. Each use calls for 1/2 cup of the seasoning mix so you'll get 3 uses out of one batch.
