2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cinnamon
directions
Mix the black pepper, coriander, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Store the Iranian spice mix in an airtight container for up to 2 months in a cool, dry location.
