1 teaspoon black peppercorns
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon dill seeds
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 teaspoon allspice berries
1 small piece dried ginger
3 dried bay leaves
directions
Combine all the spices in a spice bag or wrapped in cheesecloth (tie shut with a string). Add the spice bag to boiling water when cooking crab or other seafood. Remove the bag before serving the seafood.
