1/8 cup fresh ground coffee
4 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons meat tenderizer (optional)
1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
5 tablespoons regular commercial chili powder
directions
Mix above ingredients together, rub onto steaks and marinate for an hour or longer. Grill to desired doneness.
