1/4 cup honey
1 cup warm water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/4 cups whole-grain wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
3/4 cup bread flour
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
directions
Combine all the ingredients in your bread machine in the order recommended by your machine manufacturer. Set the machine to white bread with a light crust.
When the bake cycle is finished, remove the pan from the machine and let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and let it finish cooling on a wire rack before storing it. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
