This is an awesome loaf of bread!! I just use the 'dough' function of my Bread Machine", and then cook it in the oven. I was leery of the fact that it only uses 1 teaspoon of yeast, but it turns out a very big loaf! I have made this plenty of times, with great success, and will continue to do so! POR TIP: Check your bread early, especially in a Bread Machine-you want to reach a temperature of 190, higher that that produces a much drier loaf.

This is another of my favorites. Mix it in my bread maker, and then transfer to my bread pan for final rise and baking. Delicious!!

could do with the quantities in grams, especially as I have adjusted the recipe to make a smaller size.

Great, moist bread! I ground my flaxseed in a little coffee grinder and did the bread on my dough cycle in my bread machine. I let it rise on my own and then baked it at 350 degrees in my regular oven for about 30 minutes. It's a high riser!

Excellent bread recipe, came out light and fluffy. I replaced the sugar with Splend© brand brown sugar blend. I used only 1 TBLS which made the just a touch sweet. Excellent bread, I will make again.

this is a great bread recipe. I didn't have any (usable)whole wheat flour, so I had to use all bread flour, which was fine. And, since I can never leave well-enough alone, I added a handful of whole grains of wheat. The bread came out with great substance, very slightly sweet, and good color. My machine is the Welbilt 4000, so I put the ingredients in reverse, and I just always use the "light" color button...seems to come out better. Definately keeping this one!
