1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the horseradish.
Let the sauce cool completely. Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 6 weeks.
