Mayo is the perfect base for creamy dipping sauces, it just needs a flavorful nudge or two. Adding dill and dijon makes an ultra-easy sauce that's ideal for grilled salmon, seared scallops, or crab cakes.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dried dill
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours for the flavors to blend.
Stir well before using.
Use on cooked salmon, shrimp, or as a dip.
