BBQ Glazed Pork Chops

ingredients
6 pork chops, 1-inch-thick
1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce
1/2 cup apricot or peach preserves
directions
Season chops with salt and pepper to taste. Heat barbecue grill or broiler.
Combine barbecue sauce and preserves. Pour 1/2 cup into serving bowl and reserve.
Grill chops 20 minutes or until barely pink near bone, turning and basting with 1/2 cup sauce during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Serve with reserved sauce.
