Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I thought it was terrific! i loved the sweetness and the blend of seasonings. really delicious.
Too sweet indeed. Less sugar.
The consensus on this one was...too sweet. The spice combination was good...just 86 at least 1/2 of the sugar.
