ingredients
2 cups bread crumbs
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt
MSG (optional)
1/2 lemon, juiced
2 teaspoons parsley
directions
Saute bread crumbs in butter until golden and crisp. Add shrimp and continue to toss and cook until shrimp are firm and have turned red.
Add garlic and season to taste with salt and MSG. Add lemon juice and parsley. Serve in small heated individual casseroles.
