3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 pound raw jumbo shrimp (U15 or 16/20 count size), peeled and deveined
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the butter in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook, turning the shrimp as needed, until they are pink. Add the parsley, white wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook just until the wine is heated through.
Serve immediately with rice or pasta.
