An extra creamy version of the popular salad dressing. Made with mayonnaise, chili sauce, hard boiled egg, pickle relish, and sour cream.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 hard boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon minced onion
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, and Tabasco in a bowl. Stir until completely combined.
Add the egg, celery, relish, and onion and gently fold them into the dressing (you do not want to mash the egg).
Cover the bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
