1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons salad oil
directions
In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper until sugar is dissolved.
Slowly whisk oil into dressing until well blended. Serve on salad greens.
