1 tablespoon mustard (Yellow, Dijon or brown, your choice)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
directions
Just finely chop the peppers in a food processor, then add mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.

Tasty but thick so I thinned it with a little water. I used fresh roasted peppers so maybe jarred roasted peppers would be better since they have more liquid.
