Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil or salad oil
1 teaspoon finely shredded orange Peel
1/4 cup orange Juice
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
In a screw-top jar combine olive or salad oil, orange peel, orange juice, mustard, and pepper. Cover and shake well to mix. Serve with fruit, vegetable, or seafood salads.
