1/4 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well to combine. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until chilled. Whisk well again before serving.
Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator in a covered container for 1-2 days.

I was skeptical of some of the flavors in this dressing but tried it anyway. Very good. I like the lime juice in it in place of vinegar like other dressings. I used it on a spinach salad.
