ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 drops hot pepper sauce
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
directions
In a small mixer bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream, wine, onion, salt, paprika and hot pepper sauce.
Stir in blue cheese. Cover and chill. Serve on salad greens.
