1 1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup rye flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
3 tablespoons raisins
3 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
directions
Use regular or wheat cycle, light crust. Add all ingredients except raisins and seeds to bread pan according to manufacturer's directions.
Add raisins and seeds at beep or before final kneading. Allow bread to cool on wire rack before cutting.
