1/2 package (3 ounce size) cherry, raspberry, strawberry or other flavor Jell-O gelatin 1/2 cup boiling water 1 pint white corn syrup
directions
Combine the gelatin and boiling water in a heat-proof bowl and mix well to dissolve the gelatin completely.
Let cool slightly then combine with the corn syrup, mixing well to incorporate the ingredients.
Let cool completely. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let come to room temperature before using.
