1/2 teaspoon dry mint, crushed
1 clove garlic, peeled, crushed to a paste
directions
Combine all the ingredients until the spices are worked into the garlic paste. Spread the seasoning mixture on chicken, lamb, burgers, fish, etc. before cooking.
