The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
4 cups zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
4 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper
5 eggs
1 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
directions
Mix first six ingredients together and marinate for an hour.
Add the well beaten eggs and half the salt to mixture. Add baking mix and remaining salt and mix well.
Pour into greased 8" x 12" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
