1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1/2 avocado, peeled and cut up
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
directions
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
