ingredients
1 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons minced shallots
1/4 cup sesame oil
3/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Thai-style chili sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 cup fermented black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup minced cilantro
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until combined. This may be prepared a day in advance. It is best not to use a food processor.
