4 cups water
4 tea bags
1 piece (3-inch size) ginger root, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
4 sprigs fresh mint
Heat water to boiling. Add tea bags, ginger root and orange peel; remove from heat. Steep 10 minutes; remove tea bags.
Let stand 30 to 60 minutes. Place mint in ice-filled glasses. Strain tea over ice. Strain and refrigerate any remaining tea.
