Pork Chops And Stuffing With Curry

ingredients
1 box stuffing mix
1 cup water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon curry powder, or more
4 pork chops
directions
Combine stuffing mix and water. Place half in bottom of crockpot. Combine soup and curry powder. Pour half over stuffing. Place pork chops on top.
Spread remaining stuffing over pork chops. Pour rest of soup on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.

The only thing I did different was to lightly brown the chops first before adding them to the crock pot. Didn't need any other seasoning as the stuffing mix and soup add plenty of salt and flavor
