Horseradish Encrusted Pork Chops

ingredients
6 pork loin chops (1" thick)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
1 cup finely crushed pork rinds
6 tablespoons prepared horseradish
6 tablespoons butter
directions
Marinate pork chops in olive oil, rosemary, thyme and 1/2 Tbs. pepper overnight.
Remove and cook chops for 5 minutes on each side.
Blend softened butter, horseradish, pork rinds and remaining pepper together. Place on pork chops and bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until topping is brown and chops are done.
