4 boneless pork chops
3/4 cup brown sugar
ketchup
1/2 cup chopped onion (finely chopped)
directions
Bake the chops covered for 1/2 hour in the oven at 375 degrees F. Turn over for another 15 minutes.
Mix your brown sugar with ketchup until it becomes thick almost like paste. Put as much as you want on each chop, and put onion on top. Leave uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
