ingredients
12 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed until just slushy
18 ounces water
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple
1 jar (10 ounce size) maraschino cherries
1 cup sugar
1 lemon, juiced
4 bananas, peeled and diced
1 package (16 ounce size) frozen strawberries
directions
Combine all the ingredients in a freezer-safe container and mix well to dissolve the sugar. Cover the container and freeze the fruit salad until firm (6-8 hours).
Remove the fruit salad from the freezer about an hour before serving. The fruit salad will be slushy.
