6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup red maraschino cherries, halved
1/2 cup green maraschino cherries, halved
20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
directions
Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise. Mixing well, stir in cherries, pineapple, pecans and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 cup ring mold. Freeze.

My grandmother served this every Christmas Eve - no green cherries or nuts and served in squares. It is wonderful as a side and better as a snack. For my birthday my wife makes a double batch and freezes it in muffin tins and when frozen removes them and puts them in a freezer bag - I then feel obligated to have one every night. Cream cheese, mayo and whipped cream really do go together.
