ingredients
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 can (9 ounce size) crushed pineapple
1/4 cup sliced drained cherries
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 bananas, sliced
directions
Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt in a bowl; mix well.
Drain the pineapple and stir into sugar mixture. Stir in the cherries, pecans and bananas.
Pour into a mold or individual cups and freeze. Will keep in freezer for 2 weeks.
