Frozen Fruit Salad Cupcakes - CDKitchen.com

ingredients

1 1/2 cup sugar
2 containers (8 ounce size) frozen whipped topping
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1 pint sour cream
5 ripe bananas, mashed
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup chopped nuts

directions

Mix together first two ingredients, then add the rest. Mix all ingredients. Pour into cupcake papers (foiled type).

When frozen, store in plastic bags in deep freeze. Use as needed. Can be served with lemon-lime carbonated beverage poured over.
