ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can (16 ounce size) kidney beans, undrained
1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 can (28 ounce size) tomatoes, chopped & liquid reserved
1 cup water
4 beef bouillon cubes
chopped fresh parsley

directions

In a Dutch oven, brown beef until no longer pink.

Add all remaining ingredients except parsley; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

Garnish with parsley.
