1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenders 3 tablespoons honey mustard (more if desired) 1 1/3 cup French fried onions, crushed
directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the crushed French fried onions in a shallow dish. Brush the chicken tenders on all sides with the honey mustard. Dip the tenders into the crushed onions and turn to coat on all sides. Place the tenders on a baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the onion coating is crispy. If desired, turn the chicken tenders halfway through the cooking time.
One of the best recipes I have ever found on this site! Not only is it cheap and easy to make, it is so moist and flavorful that you can't wait to take that next bite! I make this at least twice a month and my family never has leftovers from this meal. I would suggest using the dressing liberally though as it makes the french fried onions very moist and hard to keep on. I tend to use about double the called for amount of french onions.

I saw this recipe and was interested because of the few ingredients it took to prepare and the amount of time involved. It was even easier than I thought it would be. I set the kids lose crushing up the fried onions and they got a kick out of helping to make their own meal. The chicken was delicious. I will definately make this again!

I had some chicken tenders and needed a really easy recipe. Just happened to find this and it was great! Family loved it, included my 14 month old! We will definitely make this again!

I read this recipe, it caught my eye as the difficulty and prep time were low! I made it from chicken breast (cut them into strips) and baked! The kids and the whole family loved them! They were even great cold! Thank you for the recipe...can't wait for next time!
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
